The current world situation is largely shaped by cross-cultural and social tensions and our future depends on social awareness and intercultural understanding. During this time there is a critical need for a new generation of individuals and future leaders who understand the major challenges to intergroup conflicts and who have the capabilities, commitment and grit to address them. Crossing Borders Education is committed to empowering individuals to realise their opportunities for growth, and to become responsible global citizens.
Our primary objectives are to produce engaging films, media and programmes which:
- strengthen resilience by connecting people deeply through the art of story
- enhance dialogue across differences by developing intercultural skills and social awareness
- inspire civic imagination by supporting engagement in purposeful actions
